Infusionsoft is super active in the social media sphere as well - including Facebook, the Infusionsoft blog, LinkedIn, and Twitter - in order to be an active part of the largest community possible.

Key to Infusionsoft is offering the best product possible. Infusionsoft's Fusebox allows users to collaborate and easily answer common questions, dramatically improving the efficiency of Infusionsoft's customer service and support. In the past seven months, Infusionsoft has been able to double the number of software applications handled by each support representative, improve the ability to resolve help tickets in under an hour and significantly boost cases resolved online. The total number of users supported increased by more than 65% (9,000 to 15,000) - without requiring additional support staff. The combination of these efficiencies has improved customer satisfaction by 10%, based on Infusionsoft's standard "gold star" rating system. Additionally, 95% of nearly 1,000 customers surveyed would recommend Infusionsoft's small business sales and marketing solution.
